TCC is engaging local and regional actors on themes of labour standards, sustainable development, and climate action in order to connect silos, enhance collaboration and achieve a transition to diversified economies in the GCC that account for the welfare of all workers.
Building a strategy for a Climate Leadership Academy
TCC analysed current and future climate-related vocational skills needs by sector and location, identified skill gaps, and proposed relevant curriculum content. We then helped the client to develop a business plan for a Climate Leadership Academy based on market opportunity.

The Climate Consultancy is currently engaged as strategic advisors to a Saudi based education foundation. Our role involves helping to define an offering that blends in-person and online training programmes oriented at Saudi youth on their journey to full-time employment.

Developing the UAE’s first Carbon Literacy programme
TCC was the first to develop a Carbon Literacy course tailored to the GCC. In partnership with the Carbon Literacy Project, we have built a course that is contextually-specific and geographically relevant.
Developing a COP28 advocacy strategy for a UAE-based NGO
TCC worked with an environmental non-profit to define their advocacy strategy and develop a plan for approaching COP28. Support included securing UNFCCC accreditation, refining the organisation’s advocacy narrative, engaging local stakeholders and securing panel spots in the blue zone at COP28.
Running a climate youth leadership programme for a leading renewable energy provider
TCC was tasked with supporting Masdar City in the development of their climate youth leadership programme. Over the course of six weeks, we delivered coaching and mentorship to a cohort of 8.
Developing an ESG framework
TCC developed a report on the proposed environmental, social, governance for a large conglomerate. We set out the high-level findings of the work undertaken to date and proposed a concrete framework, aligned with the Group’s purpose, strategy, and values.
