Advancing decent work through business dialogue.
As expectations around just transition grow, businesses are under increasing pressure to address decent work in ways that reflect local labour realities rather than global abstractions. TCC designed and facilitated a series of workshops to support informed dialogue among companies, helping move the conversation from principle to practical action.
Starting point
Operating across multiple countries and serving more than 130,000 students, the client had extensive data on education, sustainability, and governance, but lacked a coherent way to articulate impact across these areas.
How we engaged
We designed and delivered a series of workshops focused on just transition and locally grounded approaches to decent work.
The sessions brought together diverse stakeholders and created space for informed social dialogue tied to real operational realities.
What Changed
The work helped shift the conversation from principle to practice. It has since evolved into deeper engagement, with TCC now leading a task force to advance living wage discussions within the network.
