Marian Fletcher is a sustainability and ESG specialist with over fourteen years of experience. She founded The Climate Consultancy, advising on ESG reporting and sustainability integration. A GRI-certified professional and Adjunct Professor at Middlesex University Dubai, she brings practical ESG expertise to the UAE and GCC.

Hannah Paulson

Hannah Paulson is a sustainability and ESG strategist with experience in climate risk analysis, adaptation, and resilience planning. Her work focuses on translating climate data and policy into practical tools that support organisational decision-making. Hannah brings hands-on experience applying ESG approaches across public and private sector contexts.

Polen Bahcebasi

Polen Bahcebasi is an environmental specialist with expertise in climate change, biodiversity, and just transition policy, holding a Master's in Environment, Politics, and Society from UCL. At TCC, she supports policy research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, bringing an understanding of how environmental change interacts with labour markets, skills, and social equity.
