Format
Fully online, live and interactive. Small cohort capped at 10 participants to ensure meaningful discussion and direct engagement.
Duration
Eight weeks, with one two-hour session per week.
Each session includes approximately 75 minutes of structured teaching and guided discussion, followed by in-session working time to apply concepts.
Homework & Practice
Applied assignments every other week, designed to strengthen real-world ESG reporting and analysis skills without overwhelming your schedule.

Founder and Director
Marian Fletcher is a sustainability and ESG specialist with over fourteen years of experience working across climate policy, ESG strategy, and sustainability programme delivery. She is the founder of The Climate Consultancy, advising organisations on ESG reporting, responsible business practices, and sustainability integration. Marian has led projects spanning climate education, human rights, sustainable supply chains, and just transition frameworks, with a strong focus on practical implementation. She is a GRI-certified sustainability professional with hands-on experience translating frameworks into measurable indicators and reporting systems. Marian is also an Adjunct Professor in Sustainability, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at Middlesex University Dubai. She brings a practitioner-led, regionally grounded perspective to ESG training in the UAE and wider GCC.
Hannah Paulson
Sustainability Consultant
Hannah Paulson is a sustainability and ESG strategist with experience in climate risk analysis, adaptation, and resilience planning. Her work focuses on translating climate data and policy into practical tools that support organisational decision-making. She has contributed to research and partnerships on climate risk, green skills, and workforce preparedness. Hannah brings hands-on experience applying climate risk methodologies and ESG approaches across public and private sector contexts. She supports organisations in embedding climate resilience into strategy, governance, and planning.
