Large education providers frequently hold vast amounts of data but lack a coherent way to communicate their impact across learning, sustainability, and governance. TCC supported the client in translating complex information into a clear, credible impact narrative that could be used consistently with stakeholders.

Operating across multiple countries and serving more than 130,000 students, the client had extensive data on education, sustainability, and governance, but lacked a coherent way to articulate impact across these areas.

How we engaged

We conducted a structured impact assessment across six core pillars, working closely with the client to gather data, conduct interviews, and develop a unifying narrative. The focus was on clarity, credibility, and accessibility for diverse stakeholders.

What Changed

The resulting impact report provided a clear articulation of commitments and performance. It now supports both external communication and internal decision-making across the organisation.
