Pearl Samandari Massoudi specialises in driving sustainable solutions by combining her expertise in diversity and inclusion, the future of work and education, and workforce reskilling. During her tenure at the World Economic Forum, Pearl led impactful projects, coordinated high-profile events and engaged global CEOs, governments and international organisations to drive systemic change and promote inclusive growth.

Her worldview has been shaped by her diverse cultures and the firm belief in the potential of organizations to create meaningful societal impact, and she is dedicated to supporting them on this journey.

She holds a Master’s in Development Administration and Planning from UCL and an MA in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
