Founder
Marian Fletcher
Marian is a dynamic sustainability strategist and social impact advocate with over twelve years of experience in policy, strategy, and communications. She is a GRI certified sustainability professional, board advisor and adjunct professor with a passion for leading projects and campaigns that drive meaningful change.
Marian combines her expertise in strategy and communications to effectively convey complex issues and inspire collective action. She has worked with organisations such as the World Economic Forum, United Nations, and NHS to tackle issues ranging from human rights to population health, ocean conservation, deforestation and climate change.
Marian studied Anthropology and Law at the London School of Economics and Political Economy at King's College London.

Manager
Neha Philip
Neha Philip is a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of human rights, development, and advocacy.
With over seven years of experience in law and human rights, Neha has actively contributed to various causes, particularly, gender equality, child rights, refugee rights. Neha’s expertise extends to project management, capacity building, and research.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human rights from the University of Oslo, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the field.
Neha’s passion for creating positive change and promoting human rights is evident in her work and commitment to making a difference.

Polen Bahçebaşı
Polen Bahcebasi is an accomplished Environmental Specialist and Sustainability Advocate recognised for her expertise in environmental sciences and policy, combined with extensive experience in project management and marketing.
With a Master's degree in Environment, Politics, and Society from the University College London, Polen brings a comprehensive understanding of sustainability, biodiversity conservation, energy transition, and climate change adaptation and mitigation.
Her dedication to raising awareness and fostering positive change is showcased through her role as the former Lead Editor at Illuminem, where she organised events, curated content, and developed specialised newsletters on sustainability, climate change, and the private sector's role in environmental change

Tehniyat Nadir
Tehniyat is an International Development Specialist and Economist whose work spans research and advisory in impact assessment for development, effective public service delivery, and education, including projects with The World Bank Group in London and the UN World Food Programme in Dubai.
With an MSc in Development Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, Tehniyat brings a knowledge of policy, public-private sector collaboration for social impact, and sustainable development.
She has supported several social justice causes including disaster relief and risk mitigation initiatives and education for underprivileged communities in Pakistan. In her spare time, she creates bespoke art with scrap canvas for residential and commercial spaces across Dubai.

Evans Kioko
Evans is a results-oriented professional with 5+ years of experience in sustainability, business development, food security, research, and project management.
Evans has a deep understanding of the latest developments in climate change and agriculture and is committed to using this knowledge to create impactful solutions that make a difference.
He has a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and other relevant organizations, and identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, including grants and other forms of financial support.

Marion Colaco
Marion is a media enthusiast, passionate about designing creative solutions. Her talents include painting, drawing, photography, and multimedia content development. Marion was one of 20 applicants selected to participate in the Dubai Lynx Creative Hackathon.

Stephanie is a talented content creator with expertise in PR, branding, advertising, campaign planning and multimedia content. Her experience includes creating content for some well-known brands such as Thriller Middle East, Arooba Beauty, Kimsabi restaurant and Pet Zone.
