She participated as a panellist in the session "Climate Action: A Focus on the Adaptation Enablers," joined by Antonios Vouloudis (New York University Abu Dhabi), Amy Lehoczky (G42), Suparna Mathur (Parna Impact Advisory), Rana Hajirasouli (The Surpluss | Certified B Corp & University of Cambridge), and David Ramos Álvarez (HSBC). This discussion covered practical ways to enhance #ClimateResilience, focusing on innovative #finance, emerging technologies, and supportive frameworks.

🔹 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Establishing a unified perspective on climate vulnerabilities, from supply chain disruptions to regulatory changes, enables organisations to prioritise effectively and identify areas where intervention yields optimal impact.
🔹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Effective climate response extends beyond environmental considerations to social equity and community welfare. Financial instruments, such as sustainability-linked loans and green bonds, distribute risk, creating shared value among stakeholders.
Marian Fletcher also moderated the "Fireside Talk: Building the Youth Business Voice," which was joined by Kevin Holliday (C3 - Companies Creating Change) and Yasmin Alshaikh (Al-Futtaim). The discussion explored how emerging professionals shape corporate sustainability agendas, influence board-level decisions, and catalyse positive environmental impact within organizations
